Martin Mares c817b9916f Added --enable-ipv6 which tells configure to select the right configuration ... for IPv6 automatically. Added --enable-warnings which turns off some more warnings. Default protocol list now depends on --enable-ipv6.		2000-05-04 20:18:46 +00:00
