Romain Vimont	50f4f1639c	Add a shorcut "open a terminal here" on Windows ... On Windows, the file explorer does not provide any "open a terminal here" shortcut. Add a bat file which just runs `cmd` to easily open a terminal directly in the scrcpy directory (so there is no need to `cd C:\path\…`). Romain Vimont	cfcbc2ac21	Add icon to scrcpy.exe ... The icon will be associated to scrcpy.exe in the Windows explorer. Romain Vimont	904d470579	Pause on error from a wrapper script ... On Windows, scrcpy paused on error before exiting to give the user a chance to see the user message. This was a hack and causes issues when using scrcpy from batch scripts. Disable this pause from the scrcpy binary, and provide a batch wrapper (scrcpy-console.bat) to pause on error.
